Open Hearts Unite specializes in somatic therapeutic services, focused on body movement and the psychological detox known as de-colonization.

The body holds deep wisdom of enriching it's own health that is often blocked by colonization based body-relationship limitations. So much shame and fear has been place on our bodies simply for existing and it constricts daily under that pressure and disconnect. One of the most important elements of deep healing and relaxation begins with our own relationship with our body. It has taken in so much projection, so much generational and societal pain, that our own muscles start to tighten as a reaction which can cause many variations of physical unwellness. This forced disconnect from our body also affects our mental health. For how can we be disconnected from our very own body and find peace within it at the same time? 

Open Hearts Unite is steeped in body reconnection practices through somatic therapeutic services, as well as reconnecting with our body through challenging the thought process which reinforce body disconnect. For instance, racism, sexism, ableism, classism, ageism, and more enforced social demands that subconsciously and at times unconsciously are operating in the background of our daily filter of life and each other. We challenge oppression with all of the conversations we have in Open Hearts Unite, which supports detoxing from imprints and loving our body more. We cannot love our body while regurgitating and pushing white supremacy/patriarchal oppression.Shame based norms are a foundational and enforced body disconnect demanded by the toxicity of an oppressive system.

Fight back against oppression, starting with your relationship with your body. 

Your body is your home and you deserve health, freedom and safety in your relationship with your body. As we start to practice body connect, we are deconstructing the oppressive norms that block that connection. When we are decolonizing our relationship with our body, and in time it becomes more and more an organic process and you feel more at ease with yourself, your body and your mind.

A big part of breaking free from oppressive imprints is PLAY! 

Play has been fetishized by white supremacy/patriarchal domination, no more. Not here. And you don't have to live that way anymore either. Here at Open Hearts Unite we support people reconnecting with the health and organic productivity of play.

Years of studying various modalities have gone into our personal creation known as: Somatic Apothecary. From intensive coaching leadership studies, to trauma informed knowledge both through in person extensive courses and personal discoveries, Open Hearts Unite offers an in depth personalized  and unique exploration into somatic healing. 

Infused with Transformational Cheerleader services, our Somatic Apothecary will support you in connecting with and healing your body through Bodywork. Here at Open Hearts Unite, we focus on somatic therapy that has an unorthodox understanding of the importance of creating a healthy relationship with each emotion.

Self Love Anarchy is rebellion against the hatred and self hatred we are fed daily to be sold items we don't need to try to self-soothe, attempting to get through the day in a world where our economy banks on our​ depression and self doubt. 

Self Love Anarchy is a stand in our sovereignty, knowing we are whole, beautiful, complete, works of unique individual art who are innately deserving of respect, safety, health and live, simply in being. ​
